This allows you to ask questions, participate in discussions, and collaborate with others in the class. We believe that this format provides a rich and dynamic learning environment, and we look forward to learning with you!

Follow the process to reach successful outcomes depending on the needs of your group. - Participate in a session with your colleagues to get the sense of what a participant experiences
through their lens. - Ensure that you manage ‘tricky’ situations well so that the group remains in flow.
- Grow in confidence as you facilitate sessions in both smaller and large groups so that your road
maps/session plans come to life. - Bring your sessions to a successful conclusion so that the group feels that they have achieved their
goals. - Prepare to deliver in both in-person and virtual settings so that you use the methodology
