To ensure that you have ample opportunity to engage with our facilitators, we meet twice for a 2-hour online meeting. This allows you to ask questions, participate in discussions, and collaborate with others in the class. We believe that this format provides a rich and dynamic learning environment, and we look forward to learning with you!

Our classes are designed to provide you with an interactive learning experience, connecting you with facilitators from around the globe. To ensure that you have ample opportunity to engage with our facilitators, we meet twice for a 2-hour online meeting. This allows you to ask questions, participate in discussions, and collaborate with others in the class. We believe that this format provides a rich and dynamic learning environment, and we look forward to learning with you!

  • Introduce the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology into a range of different team contexts.
    Follow the process to reach successful outcomes depending on the needs of your group.
  • Participate in a session with your colleagues to get the sense of what a participant experiences
    through their lens.
  • Ensure that you manage ‘tricky’ situations well so that the group remains in flow.
  • Grow in confidence as you facilitate sessions in both smaller and large groups so that your road
    maps/session plans come to life.
  • Bring your sessions to a successful conclusion so that the group feels that they have achieved their
    goals.
  • Prepare to deliver in both in-person and virtual settings so that you use the methodology
    effectively.
  • Review a range of different road maps so that you can be flexible in terms of meeting client
    requirements.
  • Develop different challenge questions to move the participants towards expressing their views and
    ideas in line with the session objectives.
  • Use the methodology in a coaching type setting so that you have the option of working one on one
    with clients.
  • Introduce the ‘what the duck’ method for large groups or for quick sessions where there isn’t
    sufficient time for the full process.

YOUR JOURNEY TO GET THE CERTIFICATION

Step 1 - Learn
Our training is made of of videos and interactive content that are easy to understand. Get the most of your course! Read the content, watch the videos, write down what you have learnt and start fermenting your own ideas.
Step 2 - Practice
Invite friends, work colleagues and friends to practice what you have learned. It is the perfect way to train your speech, instructions and learn about the possible outcomes of the activities.
Step 3 - Ask
You can schedule live online meetings with our facilitators whenever you have questions or feel like you need some assistance. We are also available to help on email. Our course is online but won't ever feel alone during your training journey!
Step 4 - Implement
This is the last step before getting your certification. You will need to work on a session plan and a quick video of you facilitating a session. We will give you feedback and help you with each step.
