1. How do I learn with Play4Business?

The Play4Business is a unique and integrated learning experience, designed to give you macro-learning and micro-learning (in the flow of work) support throughout your career. There are three different ways to learn and participate:

  • Online Short Courses: Self-paced, interactive online corporate training courses. You can access the pre-recorded modules via mobile, tablet, or desktop from anywhere in the world.
  • Virtual Facilitated Courses: LIVE, virtual, facilitator-led training sessions. You’ll have the opportunity to develop skills and build capacity by directly interacting with our highly trained facilitators.
  • Community: Community is driven by the subscription members. It is where you can ask your fellow learning professionals questions and share your own experiences and expertise.

Our courses are designed to team leaders, supervisors, and first-time managers in need of practical tactics to boost the productivity and collaborative nature of their virtual team. All courses geared specifically toward team leaders and frontline supervisors. You won’t be sorting through catalogs to find something that is relevant to your situation. All of our courses are designed specifically for you!

Payment

You can purchase our short online courses individually via our website, just follow the link. Online purchases can either be paid for immediately by credit/debit card, or an invoice can be requested.

However, it is much more beneficial to purchase the subscription, so you team can have all the resources they need. The subscription packages can also be paid via website by credit/debit card or via invoice. Click here to read more about our subscription options.

Access

On completing the online purchase process, you will have immediate access to your courses. Your login details will be sent via email.

In order to create access to the rest of your team (subscription packages only), our customer success team will be in touch to gather all the information needed.

You have access to the courses you have purchased for a 12-month period from the date of purchase.

No, you can visit it at anytime, wherever you are. Each course is made up of a number of individual modules which enables you to complete it in your own time and at times convenient to you.

No, our courses do no have assessments.

Please contact the support team on info@play4business.com to set this up manually for you. The cost for renewed access to the eLearning platform for 12 months is 50% of the original fee.

No. Your course cannot be transferred to anyone else.

If you forget your login details, please go to the LMS website and click on ‘My Account’, My Details then change password.

Technology

All you need is a computer with an Internet connection and a Web browser.

It might – our courses are delivered over the Internet. While most company firewalls allow at least limited access to the Internet, you should confirm with your company’s IT department. Please contact us with questions or concerns.
