With all this experience, your expert leader facilitator has delivered over 200 sessions using LEGO® Serious Play® and trained large global brands and small organizations achieving a variety of goals within them.

From the Netherlands, Kim Hinsch is a skilled facilitator who focuses on coaching and training. Practicing the fine art of making magic happen the agile way. Supporting teams and organisations on their magical journey accross the hills of excellence and effectiveness is what makes her heart beat faster.

As an Innovation Lead, Erin, from Bank of Canada decided to bring LEGO® Serious Play® to her organization. Passionate about innovation and new ways of working, Erin has experience as an Agile & SCRUM Master, bringing streamlined project management, efficient collaboration, and continuous improvement to teams.

A catalyst for advancing pedagogical, technological, design and policy innovations. Dr. Westlake, Associate Vice Provost for Innovation & Executive Director at Virginia Commonwealth University, is passionate about using innovative tools like design thinking, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY, and others to positively impact the human experience.
